Job Description:

The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, manage accounts payable/receivable, ensure UAE VAT compliance, support audits, and contribute to improving internal controls and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other financial regulations.
• Support audits by coordinating with auditors and preparing required documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting processes and generate reports.
• Contribute to improving internal controls and financial efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
