TAD Logistics Group is a leading 3PL warehousing, freight, and shipping provider operating out of the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai.

Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage customer invoicing, collection updates, account reconciliations, and credit control in JAFZA, Dubai. Explore similar roles on our accountant jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and support month-end revenue closing.
• Record customer receipts, reconcile bank statements, and resolve billing disputes promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, prepare daily updates, and generate monthly ageing reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams regarding billing queries and credit note processing.
• Conduct customer visits for payment collections and account reviews (~1 week per month).

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in UAE logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of UAE VAT invoicing compliance.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply; valid UAE driving license is preferred.
