About the Role:

Al Jazira Exchange is searching for a motivated and performance-focused Business Development Executive to strengthen our Corporate Business Division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will thrive in a competitive environment and excel at establishing trusted corporate partnerships within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Executive will build and sustain productive relationships with corporate clients, explore new avenues for growth by generating quality leads, and consistently work toward meeting and surpassing assigned sales goals and KPIs. Duties include delivering impactful presentations on financial solutions and coordinating with internal departments for superior service delivery.

• Build and sustain productive relationships with corporate clients across various sectors.
• Explore new avenues for growth by identifying potential businesses and generating quality leads.
• Consistently work toward meeting and surpassing assigned sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Deliver impactful presentations to corporate clients on tailored financial solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure superior service delivery and smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in corporate business development or sales, ideally within financial institutions, banking, or exchange organizations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate customer needs and evolving market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach toward generating business and expanding client portfolios.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred and considered an advantage.
