Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Execute general administrative tasks and manage high-volume document control activities to ensure data integrity.
- Report Tracking: Monitor and follow up on report content, ensuring all systems are updated accurately and within project timelines.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between administrative personnel and safety supervisors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Operational Support: Support daily departmental activities and complete complex administrative tasks under minimal supervision.
- Record Management: Maintain meticulously organized physical and digital records, assisting with routine office logistics and coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience within the UAE is required.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this position.
- Language: Strong command of English (both written and spoken) for professional reporting and communication.
- Attributes: A proactive mindset, a responsible working attitude, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet strict deadlines.
