🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Oversee general administrative duties to ensure a smooth and productive daily work environment.
- Records Management: Establish and maintain efficient physical and digital filing systems for maritime documentation and corporate records.
- Internal Coordination: Act as the primary point for internal communications, facilitating seamless flow between different departments.
- Executive Support: Assist senior management with calendar scheduling, professional correspondence, and the preparation of basic reports.
- External Liaison: Coordinate effectively with external maritime contacts, vendors, and service providers.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive corporate and personnel information with the highest level of professional discretion.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document creation and data tracking.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Organizational Ability: Exceptional time-management skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner; candidates currently residing in the UAE will be prioritized.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
