Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and well-structured Office Administrator to join our team in JAFZA, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow for management and team review. You will be responsible for organizing records, handling official correspondence, and managing calendars and appointments. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administrative activities to ensure a smooth workflow across our JAFZA facility.
- Maintain and organize critical records, files, and documentation to meet management and audit standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments regarding meeting schedules, appointments, and overall coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence with high efficiency and professionalism.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and Microsoft Office tools for accurate data management and calendar scheduling.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant academic discipline.
- Must possess a valid UAE residence visa to be considered for this professional role.
- Strong background in management of administrative tasks, multitasking, and priority setting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding office procedures and professional communication.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
