Job Description:
Buds Public School is currently inviting applications from enthusiastic and dedicated educators for the position of Kindergarten Teacher in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our early childhood program, requiring a professional who can create a stimulating learning environment that supports both academic and personal development. You will be responsible for delivering interactive lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere for our young learners. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote early childhood education and development.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten students for management review.
- Implement teaching strategies aligned with the CBSE curriculum framework and modern pedagogical standards.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents to drive the sales of our holistic educational values.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging and creative classroom activities.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional development and academic training workshops.
- Utilize Information Technology and smart classroom tools to enhance interactive learning experiences.
- Coordinate with engineering or facility teams to ensure the safety and upkeep of early childhood play areas.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) qualification is mandatory for this position.
- Previous teaching experience in UAE schools is highly preferred to understand local education standards.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum is considered a strong technical advantage.
- Strong background in classroom management and effective communication with young learners.
- Professional background in education or training related to early childhood psychology is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse classroom needs and student sales of ideas.
- Ability to utilize IT tools effectively for lesson planning and student reporting.
- Immediate availability for joining will be given priority consideration.
