Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level role is fundamental to our educational framework, requiring a professional who can guide students and parents through our specialized STEM programs for management and enrollment review. You will be responsible for providing clear advice on future career opportunities in Robotics, managing inquiries to convert potential leads, and assisting in outreach initiatives. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Student Guidance and a genuine passion for technology. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and helpful advice to students and parents regarding STEM programs and future career opportunities across our Dubai facility.
- Handle inquiries efficiently and manage leads to meet management enrollment and conversion standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and academic teams regarding orientation events, outreach initiatives, and relationship building.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and orientations to empower future innovators in the UAE.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and communication tools for professional lead tracking and parent-student engagement.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong background in management of interpersonal relationships, lead handling, or counseling.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Robotics, AI, or modern STEM curriculum.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities in a professional setting.
- Candidates currently holding a UAE visa will be given preference for this Dubai based role.
