About the Role:

Dubai Gem Private School is looking for a committed and compassionate Inclusion Teacher to join our team beginning January 2026. This role is essential for promoting an inclusive classroom culture and providing targeted support to students with diverse learning needs (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

The Inclusion Teacher will design and deliver tailored learning support for students with special educational needs (SEND), collaborate with mainstream teachers to implement differentiated strategies, monitor progress using Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and foster a respectful, accessible learning environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored learning support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Work in partnership with mainstream teachers to adapt lessons and implement differentiated strategies.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress and coordinate support.
• Foster a respectful, encouraging, and accessible learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable experience supporting SEND students in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to inclusive best practices and student-centered instruction.
• Willingness to join the school team starting January 2026.
