Job Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and results-oriented Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC and Plumbing (MEP) systems in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can oversee mechanical systems across residential and commercial developments for management and performance review. You will be responsible for design coordination, reviewing shop drawings, and supervising site execution to ensure quality and safety. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and a proactive approach to system commissioning. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and oversee HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FAHU) to meet management and project standards.
- Manage plumbing and drainage system installation in Dubai, ensuring proper coordination with other MEP services.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless MEP integration on-site.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of system performance to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance with specifications.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and AutoCAD/Primavera P6 to monitor shop drawings and project timelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related academic discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience specifically in HVAC and plumbing systems within UAE MEP projects.
- Strong background in management of chillers, AHU, FCU, and chilled water piping systems.
- Professional background in education or training regarding HAP (Carrier) and Primavera P6.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and site supervision skills in the UAE construction sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary engineering team.
