Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Senior Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our project framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily site operations for management and growth review. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring safety standards, and identifying new project opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Mechanical and Electrical Supervision and a proactive approach to client interaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and MEP teams to meet management and safety targets.
- Identify and generate new project opportunities in Abu Dhabi, including villas and commercial developments, ensuring 100% data integrity in lead tracking.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and consultants to coordinate smooth project execution and address site challenges.
- Monitor progress and ensure all project activities meet required quality standards and timely completion deadlines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate site reports and ensure effective coordination between stakeholders.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or professional Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven professional experience in MEP supervision specifically within the UAE construction market.
- Strong background in management of site teams, lead generation, and technical project oversight.
- Professional background in education or training regarding site operations and health and safety practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, technical problem-solving, and target-oriented business development.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi environment.
