Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee contractual aspects for management and financial review. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, variations, and claims while ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Commercial Management Practices and a proactive approach to cost analysis and project performance reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of projects to meet management and financial targets.
- Monitor project budgets in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in cost control measures and project valuations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and cross-functional teams to coordinate variation management and claims processing.
- Prepare and review detailed financial reports while ensuring smooth contract administration from initiation to project completion.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and financial software to provide technical insights and optimize project performance analysis.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, HND in Quantity Surveying, or a relevant professional Certificate.
- Minimum 12 years of proven professional experience within the UAE construction or landscaping sectors.
- Strong background in management of project budgets, contract administration, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding FIDIC contracts and industry-standard cost management.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and the capability to coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to oversee complex project lifecycles in Dubai.
