Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (Pre-Contract) to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can prepare accurate cost estimates for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for drawing analysis, tender submissions, and technical coordination with project managers. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Interior Fit-Out Pre-Contract Activities and a proactive approach to cost saving and pricing strategies. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets to meet management and tender targets.
- Execute cost planning in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in quantity take-offs, tender submissions, and quotation records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and project managers to ensure technical alignment on project scope and accurate interpretation of drawings.
- Analyze fit-out specifications and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining organized pre-contract documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools such as AutoCAD and PlanSwift to optimize estimation accuracy and professional technical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering plus a relevant professional Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience specifically in a pre-contract role within the interior fit-out sector.
- Strong background in management of cost analysis, tender documentation, and pricing strategies.
- Professional background in education or training regarding AutoCAD (Mandatory) and quantity take-off procedures.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong negotiation skills, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support cross-functional teams in Dubai.
