Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Production Engineer to monitor daily manufacturing activities and assist with material workflows inside our specialized Filter Production Unit in Abu Dhabi. Operating as an essential technical asset on the assembly floor, this full-time role focuses on verifying automated machining outputs, auditing compliance with welding safety protocols, and optimizing technical resource schedules under our integrated industrial operational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling, organizing, and executing daily filter manufacturing operations to meet plant output schedules.
- Support the floor supervisor in managing technical manpower assignments, raw material issues, and machine runtime logs.
- Interpret detailed 2D fabrication blueprints, industrial schematics, and basic 3D mechanical models for assembly workers.
- Enforce absolute compliance with structural welding standards, material dimensional metrics, and strict corporate quality assurance targets.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with centralized design engineers and quality controllers to resolve production anomalies or material deviations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and pitch continuous improvement strategies to maximize equipment efficiency (OEE) and minimize manufacturing scrap.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited university or technical institution.
- Fresh engineering graduates or early-career candidates holding up to 2 years of verifiable experience in an active factory environment are welcome.
- Strong foundational understanding of metal fabrication methods, industrial assembly processes, and standardized structural welding systems.
- Proven ability to accurately read, evaluate, and translate complex 2D manufacturing blueprints and basic technical engineering drawings.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning, technical problem-solving capacities, and a disciplined approach to tracking workflow metrics.
- Exceptional interpersonal coordination skills to collaborate fluidly within a multi-cultural team of technicians, design leads, and plant managers.
- High level of flexibility, proactive learning desire, and full adaptability to grow within a fast-moving, target-driven manufacturing workshop.
