Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core governance division and are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant QHSE Engineer to manage corporate safety frameworks and direct laboratory compliance protocols. The chosen candidate will undergo an initial 3–6 month technical onboarding phase in the UAE, followed by a permanent strategic relocation to our active hub in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Operating as an essential quality custodian within our engineering labs, this full-time role focuses on accelerating system data updates, auditing testing workflows, and enforcing absolute standard compliance under our unified operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality and HSE management systems across all active laboratory environments.
  • Manage, update, and systematically distribute the corporate Quality Manual alongside strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor technical calibration processes continuously to ensure absolute traceability to recognized international standards.
  • Conduct thorough internal audits regularly and assist external regulatory bodies during formal corporate audit processes.
  • Raise, track, and close detailed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for identified structural or operational quality issues.
  • Review, audit, and systematically validate specialized calibration certificates and final technical reports before client dispatch.
  • Govern CAPA processes and deploy structured root cause analysis workflows for complex laboratory quality deviations.
  • Validate dynamic testing methods, monitor measurement uncertainty variables, and coordinate high-level proficiency testing programs.
  • Maintain employee competency matrices, manage training records, and deliver interactive QMS-related training sessions to internal staff.
  • Supervise daily pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration activities to maximize instrumentation accuracy and equipment readiness.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or an equivalent technical engineering discipline).
  • At least 2 years of successful, verified professional experience working within QA/QC, engineering compliance, or specialized metrology calibration functions.
  • Prior formal ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17025 Internal Auditor certification is highly preferred for system compliance auditing.
  • Hands-on operational familiarity with hardware testing configurations, encompassing physical pressure, temperature, electrical, and flow calibration loops.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying complex data analytics, measurement uncertainty tracking logs, and formulas inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and technical communication skills to deliver precise system support to industrial clients.
  • Candidates currently located inside the United Arab Emirates with immediate professional availability are preferred.
  • Absolute willingness and professional flexibility to permanently relocate to Jubail, Saudi Arabia after finishing the probation training phase is mandatory.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline fixed salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 6,000, determined entirely by past engineering tests, laboratory code fluency, and data logging speed assessments.
  • An elite pathway to take true operational ownership of critical compliance frameworks and build a powerful portfolio with a regional industry leader.
  • Stable, long-term industrial career advancement tracks and technical calibration training modules backed by our comprehensive regional operations and specialized engineering jobs networks.
