Job Description:

The Electrical Inspector will be responsible for inspecting electrical system installations, verifying compliance with approved engineering designs and local standards, overseeing safety protocols, and supporting quality assurance across 20+ story high-rise building projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect electrical installations, distribution boards, wiring, lighting, and power systems on site.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and local regulatory codes.
• Collaborate with contractors and engineering consultants to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct routine testing, quality checks, and system inspections on high-rise building developments.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance notices, and progress documentations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Inspector with engineering consultant firms.
• Proven experience working on 20+ story high-rise building construction projects.
• Educational qualification equivalency certificate is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical building systems and safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
