Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer specializing in Roads & Highways to join our infrastructure development team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can oversee road construction works and earthwork operations for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for planning site layouts, verifying subgrade preparation, and ensuring that pavement construction meets approved engineering standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise infrastructure works related to roads and highways, ensuring all grading and excavation meet management quality standards.
- Prepare and verify technical specifications, construction drawings, and method statements for Dubai-based projects.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and survey teams to coordinate site layouts, levels, and alignments.
- Monitor earthwork quantities and material usage to ensure 100% data integrity and project efficiency.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project) to track daily and monthly construction progress.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically working on roads, infrastructure, and earthwork projects.
- Strong background in management of project schedules, quantity take-offs (BOQs), and site supervision.
- Professional background in education or training regarding QA/QC procedures and infrastructure safety regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and analyze earthwork volumes with high technical precision.
- Must be based in the United Arab Emirates and capable of effective coordination with contractors and project stakeholders.
