Job Description:
We are currently hiring a QA/QC Engineer to support the delivery of high-quality high-rise building projects across the UAE. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can ensure all construction activities meet project specifications for management and consultant review. You will be responsible for conducting site inspections, reviewing material submittals, and resolving quality-related issues on-site. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering Quality Control and a proactive approach to technical documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with quality standards and project specifications to meet management and engineering requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks across high-rise construction activities in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and site teams to resolve quality-related issues and monitor adherence to procedures.
- Prepare and review method statements and material submittals to ensure 100% data integrity and technical accuracy.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain QA/QC documentation and comprehensive reporting records.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proven professional experience specifically in QA/QC for high-rise building projects within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of inspection procedures, material approvals, and site audits.
- Professional background in education or training regarding quality standards and technical documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and strong communication skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Thorough understanding of UAE building codes and engineering compliance frameworks.
