Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-focused QA/QC Engineer to join our construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee inspections and documentation for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for preparing ITPs, conducting material inspections (MIR), and ensuring compliance with UAE quality standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering QA/QC Processes and a proactive approach to site procedures and technical reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage quality documents including ITP, MIR, WIR, and NCR to meet management and project quality targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in material specifications, work approvals, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and project consultants to coordinate quality verification and identify corrective actions for site activities.
• Monitor ongoing construction to ensure adherence to approved quality plans and local regulatory standards for buildings and villas.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and reporting systems to optimize documentation accuracy and professional engineering reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering plus a relevant professional Certificate in Quality Management.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in QA/QC roles for building and villa projects.
• Strong background in management of quality documentation (RFI, MIR, WIR) and local UAE construction standards.
• Professional background in education or training regarding quality systems and technical site inspection procedures.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and Immediate Availability (Preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support multiple site activities in Abu Dhabi.
