About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Finance Executive who can independently manage a wide scope of finance-related tasks for UAE-based Freezone and Mainland entities. This position demands strong technical knowledge, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to ensure complete compliance with local regulations, particularly concerning VAT and Corporate Tax. CA qualification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

The Finance Executive will take full responsibility for accounting and auditing activities across business units. Core duties include preparing MIS reports, overseeing international banking operations (multi-currency, trade finance), and ensuring strict adherence to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax guidelines. The role also involves managing cross-border financial transactions (SWIFT, LC, bank guarantees) and contributing to forex management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for accounting and auditing activities across Freezone and Mainland entities.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date MIS (Management Information System) reports.
  • Oversee international and domestic banking operations, including multi-currency funds movement and trade finance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax guidelines, handling all compliance and submission.
  • Process and oversee cross-border financial transactions, including SWIFT payments, Letters of Credit (LC), and bank guarantees.
  • Monitor foreign currency exposure and contribute to forex management strategies, including hedging.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification is mandatory for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
  • Deep understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, VAT, and Corporate Tax requirements.
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, for analytical and reporting tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform independently and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
