Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Dispensing: Execute safe and accurate dispensing of medications to inpatient and outpatient departments, ensuring zero-error protocols.
- Patient Counseling: Provide professional advice on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and adherence, utilizing multilingual skills (Arabic, Tagalog, English).
- Inventory Governance: Manage pharmaceutical stock levels, ensuring proper storage conditions and compliance with MOH and international regulations.
- Clinical Collaboration: Partner with physicians and nurses to review prescriptions and optimize drug therapy for patient safety.
- Operational Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of pharmacy transactions, controlled medications, and regulatory reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Licensure: Must possess a valid MOH (Ministry of Health) Evaluation/License.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of pharmaceutical practice, with mandatory experience in a UAE hospital environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic, Tagalog, and English is highly preferred for diverse patient interaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of medication management systems, pharmacology, and local healthcare regulations.
- Availability: Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE are strongly preferred.
