Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Orthopedic Specialists or Consultants to join our expanding medical team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our institutional framework, requiring a professional who can diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions for management and clinical quality review. You will be responsible for providing high-quality consultations, developing effective treatment plans, and maintaining comprehensive multidisciplinary care. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in DOH Clinical Standards and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in patient services. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate orthopedic diagnoses and treatments to meet management and clinical safety targets.
- Provide high-quality patient consultations in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in medical records and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a collaborative approach to comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold professional clinical standards while focusing on patient safety, comfort, and a superior patient experience.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and healthcare software to optimize treatment planning and maintain detailed medical documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- DOH License or Eligibility plus a relevant postgraduate professional Certificate as a Specialist or Consultant.
- Proven professional clinical experience specifically in orthopedic practice within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of orthopedic treatment plans and collaborative medical workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding patient-centered care and clinical regulatory compliance (Arabic speaking is mandatory).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high standards of medical care.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a modern healthcare environment in Abu Dhabi.
