Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Optometrist to join our professional healthcare team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can provide comprehensive eye examinations for management and clinical quality review. You will be responsible for diagnosing ocular conditions, managing corrective prescriptions, and supporting specialized aviation-related screenings. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive vision assessments and eye examinations to meet management and patient care targets.
- Perform specialized screenings in Dubai, including aviation-related eye tests (GCAA) where required, ensuring 100% data integrity in clinical documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality patient journey.
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions while providing accurate prescriptions for corrective lenses and specialized vision aids.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and diagnostic equipment to optimize vision management and maintain professional clinical standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree or equivalent plus a mandatory DHA License or Eligibility Letter.
- Proven professional clinical experience in optometry practice (experience with GCAA screenings is highly preferred).
- Strong background in management of ocular conditions, diagnostic equipment, and patient care workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding clinical optometry and aviation vision standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong clinical judgment, and immediate availability for the role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a patient-focused medical team in Dubai.
