Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced General Surgeon to join a dedicated medical team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can perform a variety of surgical procedures for management and clinical review. You will be responsible for assessing patients, designing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical best practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general surgical operations to meet management and patient safety targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in medical records, diagnostic reports, and surgical documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive treatment and optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage complete patient care cycles, addressing complications promptly and providing thorough pre/post-operative monitoring and follow-up.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and hospital management systems to optimize patient diagnosis and professional clinical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- MBBS along with MS/DNB in General Surgery plus a valid DHA/DOH/MOH License or Eligibility.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically after specialization in general surgery.
- Strong background in management of surgical standards, patient diagnosis, and clinical judgment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE healthcare regulations and surgical best practices.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong decision-making abilities, and professional communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support high-standard medical services in Dubai.
