Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Gynecologist (OB-GYN) to join our medical team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver comprehensive women’s health services for management and clinical review. You will be responsible for antenatal/postnatal care, gynecological surgeries, and reproductive health guidance. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Obstetric and Gynecological Standards and a proactive approach to managing high-risk pregnancies and preventive care. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OB-GYN consultations and treatments to meet management and patient-centered care targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in patient medical records, maternal health tracking, and surgical documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and medical support staff to handle high-risk pregnancies and reproductive health guidance.
- Perform necessary gynecological procedures while ensuring adherence to safety standards and DHA/DOH/MOH regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and healthcare software to optimize patient diagnostics and professional clinical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- MBBS along with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology plus a valid DHA/DOH/MOH License or Eligibility.
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience specifically within OB-GYN clinical practice.
- Strong background in management of women’s health conditions, pregnancy interventions, and clinical safety standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding preventive care, family planning, and maternal wellness (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong clinical judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a dynamic healthcare facility in Dubai.
