Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our medical team and oversee daily operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage clinical functions for management and quality review. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, supervising clinic staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Dermatology or Aesthetic Clinic Operations and a proactive approach to resource allocation and healthcare regulation compliance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and lead medical staff to meet management and patient care targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in scheduling, resource allocation, and healthcare compliance documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and administrative teams to coordinate staffing needs and foster a productive work environment.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and healthcare management systems to optimize service delivery and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field plus a relevant professional Healthcare Management Certificate.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience specifically in a managerial or supervisory role within the dermatology or aesthetic field.
- Full professional fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for effective communication and compliance.
- Strong background in management of healthcare regulations, staff supervision, and patient service standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding operational optimization and clinical workflow efficiency.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong leadership skills, and the capability to manage a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard clinic in Abu Dhabi.
