Job Description:
Saudi German Hospital is seeking an experienced Head of Physiotherapy to direct its physiotherapy and rehabilitation department in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this clinical leader will manage overall department operations, supervise rehabilitation programs, mentor clinical teams, ensure strict compliance with DHA healthcare regulations and quality standards, and collaborate across multidisciplinary medical units to optimize patient treatment outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the physiotherapy department to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise rehabilitation programs and maintain clinical best practices.
- Mentor, support, and develop physiotherapy staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid professional DHA license or eligibility to practice as a professional Physiotherapist in Dubai.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven clinical experience in a department leadership or head of unit role within a hospital setting.
- Prior UAE healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of physiotherapy treatment protocols, rehabilitation practices, and healthcare quality standards.
- Exceptional clinical leadership, department management, communication, and staff mentorship capabilities.
