Job Description:
PECO MEP Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join its expanding engineering team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this senior technical leader will oversee electrical design, site installation, testing, and commissioning activities for high-rise residential building projects, maintain strict adherence to UAE local authority regulations, manage site teams and subcontractors, and coordinate closely with consultants for timely project delivery.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical engineering activities for high-rise residential construction projects.
- Manage electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations.
- Lead engineering teams while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on UAE experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer within the construction or MEP sector.
- Proven track record of managing electrical systems execution specifically on high-rise residential building projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE electrical authority standards and local regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical design principles, site execution techniques, testing and commissioning protocols, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong leadership, site management, project coordination, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
