Harbor Real Estate is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its expanding sales division in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this leadership professional will manage and mentor a high-performing real estate sales team, execute growth strategies, establish target milestones, analyze market trends, build strong client relationships, and drive division revenue performance.

• Demonstrated expertise in building, coaching, and managing target-driven sales teams.
• Solid background in real estate sales, client relationship management, and market analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
