About the Role:
EL&N London is seeking a dedicated DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) for its new outlet at Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi. This role involves assisting station leads and actively supporting the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food preparation and service in a stylish, fast-paced café brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist station leads (CDP) with daily preparation and cooking tasks.
- Support the team with prep and plating duties during busy service times.
- Help maintain general kitchen organization, cleanliness, and stock levels.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and quality checks.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience supporting station leads in a professional kitchen.
- Estimated qualification in Culinary Arts or related field.
- High energy, professionalism, and a willingness to collaborate as a team player.
