About the Role:

Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road is seeking a motivated and professional Reservation Agent to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service and managing all reservation inquiries accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Handle reservation inquiries accurately, efficiently, and professionally via phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure a seamless booking process for guests.
• Provide exceptional, guest-focused service and information about hotel services and amenities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in reservations or similar roles (mandatory).
• Previous experience with Marriott is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong guest-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
