Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can manage guest arrivals, departures, and complex room reservations for management and guest review. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with VIP guest handling, and identifying upselling opportunities to enhance revenue. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Luxury Hotel Standards and front office operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest arrivals and departures to ensure smooth and efficient check-in/out procedures in Dubai.
- Handle reservations, amendments, and group bookings to meet management accuracy benchmarks.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and concierge teams regarding guest inquiries, VIP protocols, and revenue generation opportunities.
- Maintain front desk administrative duties, daily reporting, and accurate processing of payments.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and Property Management Systems (Opera PMS) for efficient operation and data management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar front office role within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of guest relations, Opera PMS, and luxury service standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding upselling techniques and hotel administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment.
