Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hostess to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can serve as the first point of contact for guests and manage seating arrangements for management and operational review. You will be responsible for managing guest flow, coordinating reservations, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Guest Relations and a customer-first attitude. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with professional seating arrangements in Abu Dhabi.
  • Manage reservations and walk-in guest flow to meet management efficiency standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and service staff regarding smooth operations and guest feedback.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about cinema offerings and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and booking systems for efficient guest data management and reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or a relevant academic discipline; hospitality training is a plus.
  • Prior professional experience in hospitality or customer service is mandatory.
  • Strong background in management of guest flow, reservations, and front-of-house presentation.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding interpersonal communication and well-groomed presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Mandatory immediate availability to join our professional team in the UAE.
