Job Description:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead and oversee services across multiple business segments in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage large-scale catering environments for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for overseeing industrial and hospitality sectors, ensuring high standards of food quality, and managing daily service delivery across multiple sites. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete catering operations to meet management and service excellence targets.
  • Manage site operations and staff allocation to ensure smooth daily service delivery in Dubai.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and procurement teams to monitor operational costs, manpower planning, and inventory management.
  • Maintain 100% data integrity in hygiene documentation and compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience specifically within catering or food service operations management.
  • Strong background in management of multi-site operations, food safety standards, and staff leadership.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding inventory control and manpower planning.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and handle clients professionally under pressure in the UAE.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UAE catering standards and high-volume food service environments.
