Job Description:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, and promoting hotel services across different market segments. Working within the Hospitality and Sales departments, the ideal candidate will expand the hotel’s customer base and achieve key revenue objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, leisure, MICE, and government clients.
• Identify potential clients and expand the hotel’s customer base.
• Manage client communications, negotiations, and business agreements.
• Support sales activities to increase hotel revenue and market presence.
• Maintain strong networking relationships within the hospitality industry.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–4 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Experience handling Corporate, Leisure, MICE, and Government segments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to develop new business and maintain key client relationships.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• UAE-based candidates only.
