Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our expanding team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi to provide suitable service solutions.
- Drive sales by promoting offerings and achieving transactions to meet management growth benchmarks.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and sales teams regarding customer feedback, inquiry conversion, and client loyalty initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and CRM tools for efficient interaction tracking and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or HR.
- Mandatory professional experience in both sales and customer service roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of client relationships, inquiry handling, and transaction conversion.
- Professional background in education or training regarding customer-first mindsets and interpersonal communication.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
