Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee recruitment, onboarding, and visa processing for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee documentation, supporting internal training programs, and ensuring all processes align with UAE labor laws and ADEK requirements. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Educational HR Practices and excellent interpersonal skills. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding activities, and orientation programs across our Abu Dhabi branches.
- Support visa processing and renewals to meet management, ADEK, and UAE labor law standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources leadership regarding staff attendance, internal training coordination, and payroll preparation.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and generate HR-related reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and HR systems for efficient data management and workforce scheduling.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of professional HR experience; background in education or nursery settings is a significant advantage.
- Strong background in management of UAE labor laws, ADEK requirements, and recruitment workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding employee relations and orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a nurturing environment.
