Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our head office team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating visa and passport renewals, and managing Group Life Insurance trackers. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE HR Processes and exceptional organizational skills. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and overall coordination across our Sharjah office.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation to meet management and audit standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding visa, passport, and vehicle license renewals for staff.
  • Manage and track Group Life Insurance and Workmen Compensation Insurance, including all additions and deletions.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and Microsoft Office for efficient administrative functions and daily operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience specifically within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of HR documentation, recruitment workflows, and administrative tracking.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws and insurance compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
