Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined HR & Office Manager to oversee our daily operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage team dynamics for management and operational review. You will be responsible for streamlining business processes, leading HR coordination, and maintaining a productive workplace culture. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labor Laws and a proactive approach to implementing structured workflows and control systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily office operations to meet management and efficiency targets.
- Act as the primary HR coordination point in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee supervision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to lead onboarding and offboarding processes while fostering a performance-driven work environment.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structured workflows to enhance productivity and organizational discipline.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to oversee administrative functions, vendor coordination, and high-level operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business plus a relevant professional Certificate (European nationality preferred).
- Proven professional leadership experience specifically in Office or Operations Management within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of multicultural teams, department structuring, and control systems.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor law compliance and structured workflow implementation.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high organizational discipline, and a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage complex facilities and documentation in Dubai.
