Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to support ongoing expansion and talent acquisition needs in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes to meet management and departmental staffing targets.
  • Execute candidate screening in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in applicant records, onboarding documentation, and interview evaluations.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
  • Maintain a proactive and high-quality candidate pipeline utilizing advanced sourcing strategies and stakeholder management.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ATS platforms to optimize recruitment workflows and maintain professional quality standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business plus a relevant professional Certificate.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience specifically in pure recruitment roles within the Dubai market.
  • Strong background in management of end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to final onboarding.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high communication skills, and the capability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support corporate growth in Business Bay, Dubai.
