Job Description:

The HR Officer will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration. Working within the Human Resources department, the ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law while supporting organizational growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
• Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports, employment letters, and administrative documents.
• Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support daily HR operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Arabic speaker (Jordanian candidates are especially encouraged to apply).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, recruitment, payroll support, and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
