Job Description:

The E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive will oversee daily marketplace operations, optimize product listings, manage inventory and pricing, and drive growth across digital commerce platforms. Working within the Sales and Information Technology e-commerce frameworks, the ideal candidate will manage platforms like Amazon Seller Central to maximize online revenue.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and catalogues.
• Monitor product pricing, inventory levels, and stock availability.
• Coordinate marketplace activities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and support business development initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyze marketplace performance using Advanced Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (mandatory).
• Experience with Noon Seller Lab is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Oracle NetSuite, Meta Business Suite, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong expertise in product listings, pricing, inventory control, and catalogue management.
• Background in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and lead follow-up.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
