Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead hiring and manpower planning initiatives across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in blue-collar recruitment and large-scale manpower operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for large-scale manpower requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing plans and build talent pipelines for blue-collar and semi-skilled roles.
• Manage workforce planning, forecasting, and deployment aligned with business needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and recruitment agencies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment and manpower operations in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of Facilities Management, Security, or Manpower Solutions industries.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale hiring operations independently.
