Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, expertly utilize AI recruitment platforms and advanced sourcing strategies to engage high-quality candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and stay updated on emerging recruitment technologies to enhance global hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Strong knowledge of AI recruitment platforms, sourcing automation, and next-generation hiring tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global recruitment environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
