E-commerce Manager
About the Role:
Al Yousuf Global is seeking an energetic and strategic E-commerce Manager to steer our direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives and marketplace operations from Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with digital marketing expertise to grow sales, improve conversion, and elevate the customer experience across web, app, and third-party marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
The E-commerce Manager will develop and execute the e-commerce roadmap to meet revenue targets. This involves planning and running promotional campaigns, A/B tests, and conversion optimization initiatives. The role requires coordinating SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media strategies, utilizing CRM and analytics tools to drive retention, and monitoring performance KPIs to provide actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the e-commerce roadmap across website, mobile app, and marketplace channels to meet revenue targets.
- Plan and run promotional campaigns, A/B tests, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media strategies.
- Use CRM platforms and analytics tools to drive conversion and increase retention.
- Monitor performance KPIs, prepare regular reports, and present insights with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and customer care teams for smooth fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or similar.
- Proven familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems and web analytics tools.
- Experience managing digital campaigns and marketplace listings, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
