About the Role:

HCPL Global is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support / End User Support Engineer to join their team in Dubai. This role requires a professional with 4+ years of hands-on technical expertise to independently manage user systems, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and maintain smooth IT operations across various platforms.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive on-site IT and desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related matters.
  • Skilled in Desktop Support operations, Asset Management, and patching activities.
  • Good working knowledge of basic networking, including L1/L2 troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing O365 tasks such as user creation, mailbox configuration, and license allocation.
  • Responsible for IT asset tracking, documentation, and inventory maintenance.

Additional Requirement:

  • Valid UAE Driver’s License (mandatory).
