About the Role:

ATLAS GROUP is urgently hiring an experienced IT Support professional in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for minimizing downtime by providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure for this diversified international organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, network connectivity, and endpoint problems (onsite/remote).
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, standard applications, and company-approved software.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and access rights across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Monitor system health, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance to ensure performance and security.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers and maintain accurate documentation of SOPs and incidents.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 years’ proven experience in a hands-on IT support role (mandatory).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise tools.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
