About the Role:
ParamInfo is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with deep domain experience in Customs, Trade Facilitation, and Single Window solutions for a high-visibility government program in Abu Dhabi (Onsite). This role is central to shaping next-generation digital services for cross-border operations.
Must-Have Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience: 7+ Years of relevant experience (mandatory).
- Domain: Proven experience with Customs Systems, Single Window implementations, and Port/Cargo Community Systems.
- Global Trade Standards: Practical knowledge of the WCO Data Model (mandatory), UN/EDIFACT, WCO SAFE, and WTO TFA.
- Process Modelling: Strong command of UML and BPMN (AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping).
- Deliverables: Ability to produce BRDs/BRS, user stories with acceptance criteria, and support UAT activities.
- Agile/Product Ownership: Experience serving as a Product Owner or Proxy PO in Agile teams.
- GenAI Awareness for Customs/Trade: Awareness of GenAI use cases (e.g., risk-profiling automation, document digitization).
