Systems & Data Coordinator | Abu Dhabi, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Oversee and maintain core academic platforms including SMS (Student Management System), LMS, ESIS, and ADEK Pass.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage all ADEK and ESIS reporting, ensuring submissions for inspections and audits are accurate and timely.
• Data Governance: Ensure the absolute integrity, security, and accuracy of all student and academic records across the institution.
• Academic Support: Coordinate critical academic processes such as complex timetabling, assessment tracking, and the generation of official transcripts.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in system integrations and reporting accuracy between various educational platforms.
• Staff Training: Provide technical guidance and training to academic and administrative staff on system best practices and usage.

🔹 Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with school-specific systems (ESIS, ADEK Pass, and Timetabling software).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data sets and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Experience: Proven track record in an academic operations or systems management role, ideally within the Abu Dhabi education sector.
• Communication: Excellent professional communication skills for coordinating with IT teams, academic managers, and external vendors.
• Focus: This is a specialized data management role; candidates must focus on governance rather than general hardware/IT support.
