Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst (MDM) for a critical role in our Master Data Management transformation project. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex data needs into actionable requirements. This role is central to strengthening enterprise-wide data quality and governance frameworks across multiple integrated systems, requiring a professional who excels in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed requirements gathering and elicitation workshops with key business users and stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive AS-IS and TO-BE process flows and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for MDM developers.
- Support data governance activities, including the definition of reference data models and business glossaries.
- Establish and document data quality rules to ensure the integrity of enterprise-wide information.
- Coordinate across complex data landscapes involving multiple system integrations and touchpoints.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, validation cycles, and secure business approvals.
- Provide implementation support and documentation for the Human Resources and operations teams during rollout phases.
🔹 Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst specifically on MDM-focused programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Solid exposure to reference data management and data governance frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of data quality practices and MDM implementation lifecycles.
- Proven experience working within enterprise-scale or highly regulated organizational environments.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical Engineering concepts for business users.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
- Preference for candidates currently based in the UAE with a strong professional network.
